Yay! It's done! Crit went really well, the critiquers were all really excited to see a new and innovative idea (their words!) It held them all and they were pretty rough with it, plopping down into it and bouncing a bit even. Tony had to eat his words, telling me all quarter that it wouldn't work. It totally did. A few of them said it needed more webbing, and some said it was just fine, it think it had to do with where the crossing knots hit them on their backs and bottom.

DesComm - DIY Headphones
This is my second attempt at the DIY style, they are earbuds connected with a lovely peacock headband. I think I got closer this time.

DesComm - Minimal
So my last two boards didn't really match up so I'm making new boards to match with it. My bottle cap earrings fit with minimal so here's an image board for that one.

DesComm - DIY/Minimal Accessories
While I actually did "do it myself", I think these earrings don't really fit with the artsy eclectic style of DIY. They are much more up the minimal route. I'll try again next week.

DesComm - Sunglasses
My first attempt at ever doing sunglasses. It's not quite automotive styling, but I think it looks cool.

DesComm - Design Charette
We were given a situation and 3 hours to research, solve, and design for.
Chelsea hates alarm clocks, but she needs something to help her wake up. She believes the best way to wake up is also the healthiest, so she times her sleep cycles and sets her alarm to get her up at the end of a cycle. Her problem is her irregular; she wakes up anywhere between 5:30 and 8:30 each morning. Create Chelsea a product that matches her calculated approach to sleep.

DesComm - Visual Resume
So, I'm not really sure how much of a resume this is for me; its more of a personal advertisement. I toyed around with putting things from my co-ops in the image, but it just didn't feel right. I am happy with what I have and I feel like it describes me well.
